The 24.9 acre tract will be offered in 6 separate offerings ranging in size from 3.6 acre to 4.8 acres. Each tract will have frontage on Ball Creek and Day’s Landing Road. The sales map will show the configurations and how the amenities are situated on each.

After the first round of bidding, of all 6 tracts, the auctioneer will ask if anyone wants to combine any or all of the tracts. If so, a 5 % increase of the sum of tracts will be required to form this combination. Bidding will then be opened on this new combined tract.

At the conclusion of the Day’s Landing Road property, the lot located at 45 Hudnell Lane, Oriental will be placed on the auction block. This partially shaded lot has frontage on Hudnell Lane and Camp Creek.
